What is the soonest i can get divorced?
In Washington, you cannot get divorced until at least 90 days have passed from the latter of filing your case and serving your Ex.
What is the longest time it will take to get divorced?
In some counties, the court provides a case schedule when you file, with a trial date listed. Sometimes this can be more than one year after you file. In other counties, you can request a trial date sooner than this. Every case is different, and sometimes the trial date is continued.
